Here’s how it works: ✔ We handle the sourcing, ordering, and coordination of all selected items ✔ You gain access to our exclusive trade discounts, normally reserved for industry professionals ✔ We charge just 20% of the wholesale cost of your total order (meaning the service often pays for itself. Please note a $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot and initiate sourcing.) ✔ You enjoy peace of mind knowing every detail is managed with care and precision This service is ideal if you’re interested in designer quality furnishings and your total order exceeds $3,000. Booking Policy
* Communication takes place via email, phone or videoconference. You are responsible for inserting your contact information correctly. * Deposit Policy: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and initiate sourcing. This amount will be applied to your final procurement service fee. * Late Appointment Policy: To respect the time of our clients and staff, please be on time for your appointments or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will lose your spot. * Studio Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time. Should such a cancellation occur before your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule the appointment. * Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this service, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The full service fee is also non-refundable once the procurement process has begun and services have been rendered. You may choose to opt out from the service after reviewing your detailed invoice—prior to the start of procurement. * Website Agreements: By using our website and/or purchasing our products/services you agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer located at the bottom of this page.
