Booking Policy
* This is a virtual consultation that will take place via videoconference. * Deposit Policy: Your card will be charged the total service fee at the time of booking. * Late Appointment Policy: To respect the time of our clients and staff, please be on time for your appointment or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your appointment and no refund will be granted. * Studio Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time. Should such a cancellation occur before your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule the appointment or offer a refund. * Refund Policy: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus processing fees 4%) to your original payment method. No refunds will be granted for consultations already rendered. * Website Agreements: By using our website and/or purchasing our products/services you agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer located at the bottom of this page.
